Olivia Piepkow
Owner & Creative Director
After beginning her career in hospitality and building a strong foundation in marketing, Olivia discovered her passion for creating meaningful, beautifully executed events. She quickly grew within the industry, gaining experience in both event planning and client experience, where she developed a deep appreciation for the details that make each celebration truly unforgettable!
Her journey with Shoreline Event Design began early in her career, where she started as an assistant, grew into a lead coordinator, and now proudly steps into her role as owner. With a unique blend of hospitality, marketing, and design, Olivia brings both creativity and an exceptional client experience to every event!
Since its inception, SED has experienced rapid growth, expanding from a one-woman operation to an entire team that prioritizes serving clients on a local, regional, and national level. Today, Olivia & the SED team are known as one of Michigan’s premier full-service event planning, design, & coordination teams for weddings, corporate events, and beyond.
When she’s not planning weddings and events, Olivia enjoys trying new restaurants, spending time outdoors, and being with the people she loves most, including her dog, Skunk! She values quality time with her family and finds joy in the simple moments that inspire the experiences she creates for her clients.
Jamie Gorman
LEAD COORDINATOR
When it comes to beautifully designing your day full of romantic glow & trendy décor, Jamie is your girl! With a background in event planning & design, venue management, & digital media marketing, Jamie comes to our SED Team as the Director of Marketing & Design as well as a Lead Wedding Coordinator. Her bubbly personality & passion for crafting memories that’ll be cherished forever allows her creativity & attention to detail excel in every project. She believes her role goes beyond the day itself - thoughtfully impacting her events & clients stories for years to come.
Outside of the office, you can find Jamie curled up with a good book, soaking in the nightlife with friends, & romanticizing every beautiful little detail of life. - OH! - & don’t be surprised to find her always accessorizing her life in pink with a Starbies in hand!
Kennedy Wuis
LEAD COORDINATOR
Kennedy has been part of the Shoreline team for the past three years, and she truly couldn’t imagine doing anything else. Her Journey began assisting weddings, and it didn’t take long for her to completely fall in love with the energy, creativity, and meaning behind each celebration.
While she has a background in interior design, her heart has always been pulled to weddings. There’s something incredibly special about being part of such an important day. Bringing together all the details, emotions, and moments that make each wedding unique. From the quiet, meaningful exchanges to the big, joyful celebrations, I love helping create an experience that couples will remember forever.
When I’m not working, you can find me enjoying a glass of wine with friends, jumping into Lake Michigan on a warm day, or spending time out in the garden with a good playlist on!
Kaila Piepkow
LEAD stationery & graphics Designer
Leading all of Shoreline Stationery & graphic projects, Kaila is our go-to creatives design professional & hype gal! Kaila is the Founder of Dox Design, a bright and vibrant small creative team that created and launched over 200 brands and rebrands for small businesses (which she recently sold!)! With a deep love for print design, fun patterns and color, she is SO excited to flex her creative muscles to create one-of-a-kind graphics for your special day.
Since departing from her full time gig of running a design agency, she’s decided to focus her creative passions on projects that are meaningful and tell a story - & what better space to do that in than the wedding industry! She crafts all of your event signage and stationery while also incorporating details of what makes you special. Her clean, fun and unexpected design style will be the icing on the figurative (or maybe literal?) cake to make your wedding day most memorable.
